Villa Ulivi is located in a prestigious residential area, near the centre and the main important monuments and attractions of the city.
Villa Ulivi is situated close to Fortezza Da Basso, Exhibition Centre where take place the fashion shows of "Pitti Immagine".
Even if the Villa is located close to the centre of Florence, it enjoys a privileged situation, surrounded by a big park and vineyards as well as olive trees, it is the ideal place in order to discover Florence and its neighbourhood.
From Villa Ulivi you can reach Florence city centre (Piazza San Marco, Piazza della Cattedrale), in 5 minutes by car or bus: you can easily take the bus n 25 or 25/A, the stop of the bus is at 5 minutes on foot from our structure.

How you can reach us:
By car:
-from the motorway A1 and A11, exit at Firenze Nord and follow the indication to Firenze Centro "Porta Al Prato".
-then go on along Viali di Circonvallazione Stadio
-go on following Fortezza da Basso – Piazza della Libertà
-following the direction to Viali di Circonvallazione – Stadio and Fortezza da Basso – Piazza della Libertà, you can reach the ring road of Florence, as you reach Piazza della Libertà, you have to follow the indication to Via Bolognese – S.S. 65 della Futà. In this way you can take Via Bolognese, where the hotel lies.

By train
-from the Railway Station of Florence "Santa Maria Novella" take the bus n. 25 or 25/a or a taxi.
-if you take the bus you have to get off at the stop La Pietra, located on Via Bolognese. Then you have to walk for about 100 meters until you reach Villa Ulivi (Via Bolognese 163).

By plane:
You can reach Villa Ulivi from the Airport Amerigo Vespucci of Florence.
-by private taxi (ask for Via Bolognese 163).
-with the shuttle service Vola in Bus, you can reach the railway station of Santa Maria Novella and take the bus line 25 or 25/A and get off at the Stop La Pietra, located in Via Bolognese and go on foot for about 100 meters until Villa Ulivi.
